The ‘Flying Scotsman’ to appear at Sandown Park on Saturday 21st April

IPC Media, owners of the UK’s market leading cycling titles Cycling Weekly, Cycling Active, Cycle Sport and Cycling Fitness, are pleased to announce that Graeme Obree will be spending the day at the Road Cycling Show at Sandown Park, Esher, on Saturday 21st April.
Graeme Obree, pictured as World Champion by John Pierce and featured in the Prendas Ciclismo calendar for 2012.
Former World Hour record holder and multiple World Champion will be at the show all day Saturday 21st April to meet and greet the public. He will be signing copies of his new book The Obree Way on the Cycling Weekly stand and will also be doing a Q & A session as well as a talk on training methods in the Cycling Weekly Theatre.
“We’re very proud to have Graeme at the show as we know he will be in demand for autographs and mixing with his many followers,” says Keith Foster, IPC Media’s Cycling titles publisher. “I’m really looking forward to the seeing him in the Cycling Weekly Theatre as I’m sure he’ll have many stories to tell and some interesting training tips to share.”
The Road Cycling Show will feature seminars and interviews in the Cycling Weekly Theatre and the Gatorade G Series Pro Theatre, trade and retail stands, criterium races on Saturday afternoon and a multi distance sportive on Sunday.
