REPORT

Adam Duggleby won all the senior events bar the block handicap won by Jessie Walker (Matrix Fitness/Prendas) who made good use of her handicap to hold off Guy Cooke and the chasing pack lead in by Adam Duggleby.

Adam dominated the 20km breaking away with a small group but only Philip Trodden could hang onto his pace the others dropping back to the bunch. These two worked together to eventually lap the bunch which due to the relentless pace was now down to just 9 riders.

Adam took a couple of laps rest before attacking again with 4 laps to go this time joined by Callum Rogers these two built enough of a lead to just coast in to take 1st & 3rd The bunch was lead in by Series leader & winner John McClelland who took 4th behind Philip Trodden who was a lap up.

A low entry for the sprint league of only 8 riders meant after the TT round won by Kenny Ayre in 11.27 from Matt Haynes 11.44, Leon Gledhill 12.46 then Neil Withington 12.84 it went straight to semi final stage. After the sprint rounds the finals where as the TT seedings with Kenny Ayre beating Matt Haynes by a tyre to win in 11.62. to win & Leon Gledhill taking 3rd spot from Neil Withington.
