The pioneering Knog Muddy Hell is now in it’s fourth year and the night time cyclo cross race continues to grow. Known for it’s huge levels of participation and massive crowds, Knog have upped the prize fund in the Men’s senior event to £1000 with £800 available for the podium finishers (1st £400, 2nd £250, 3rd £150). Knog also support the women’s, junior and youth events with cycle clothing brand Vulpine and London bike shop and Juice bar Cyclelab providing prizes for the Vets and Novices.

Aside from the off-road race action organisers Rollapaluza have introduced a number of new features for spectators, including more trade stands, charity lottery and a bike polo skills competition / tryout using the vintage polo bikes recently restored by their community outreach programme.

Last year’s second place finisher Chris Metcalfe and Junior Champion Hugo Robinson have already entered the senior event, with previous Muddy Hell winner and recently crowned National points race champion Corinne Hall looking to be the favourite in the Women’s field. Rollapaluza will be announcing more star riders in the run up to the event.
