Velosure Starley Primal has expanded its team roster and signed Jack Kirk for 2015 season

News – New team for Jack Kirk 

Kirk has lived and raced in France for the last three years however he has competed in the sport since his early teens. When he moved to France, he initially rode for a local team but continued to progress and raced for Velo Sport Hyerois and UVCA Troyes, alongside current World Tour professional Adam Yates.

He achieved a number of notable results during his time including winning the white young riders jersey in the Tour of Bulgaria. Kirk has since moved back to the UK and is looking forward to experiencing British racing whilst also completing his PHD in Polymer Physics.

He said: “I’m really proud to be riding in the Velosure Starley Primal colours for the 2015 season. The team has a really professional set-up and I’m looking forward to working with a great group of guys and getting stuck into the British racing.”

James Smith, Velosure Starley Primal Team Manager, added: “Jack is another great addition to the team having gained invaluable experience racing abroad at the highest level. We’ve got a strong roster for the 2015 season so it’s certainly going to be an exciting year.”
