In the novices race Abigail Cowell led Nicole Astell-Burt over the line to record her first win of the series. Joel Prentice beat Abbie Jones in the tussle for third and Tyler Oakley-Cowie outsprinted George Lee, Liberty Delooze and Abi Cullington for fifth.

The fast finishing Norah Ellis pipped Shannon Skillan for ninth and Jack Monaghan got past Isla Dickaty on the finishing straight to grab 11th. Jessica Sherwin, Lily-Faye Bell and Cameron Eyres rounded off the top fifteen.

Kylan Murphy outsprinted Brad Le Geyt to notch up his second victory in the born 2010 category. Stanley Kinnish outgunned Daniel Minay, Dylan Bullock, Joshua Cross, Samuel Dowson and Harrison Skillan in the charge for third, with Oliver Kellett edging out top girl Lula Kinnish for ninth.

Archie Mulholland overcame Hugh Osborn and Main Watterson in the rush for 11th, while Conor Madsen-Mygdal, Ffinlo Thomas, Daniel Quine and Jayjay Plowman escaped separately from the chasing pack to seize 14th to 17th places respectively.

Eddie Dillon attacked breakaway partner Jake Jones on the final lap of the born 2009 class to bag maximum points for the seventh week in succession. Cameron Hounsell was a solid third and Sean Crone held off Abi Clayton in the tussle for fourth.

Thomas Pickavance maintained a lonely sixth and Thomas Radcliffe took the gallop for seventh ahead of fellow chasers Joseph Barker, Zach Jones, Graihagh Morgan, Jarno Davidson and Grace Wolstencroft.

In the born 2008 class Alec Sorby got the better of Myles Le Geyt in the final dash for the chequered flag. T.J.Teare outran Freddie Griffin and Fearne Bregazzi for third, with George Kinnish heading Oliver Cooper and Joel Long home for sixth. Ryan Nelson came from behind to snatch ninth from Bob Radcliffe, Charlotte Geldart and Edward Field, while Charlie Williams stayed clear of Leon Murphy and Tiana Kelly to claim 13th.

Cian Howard powered ahead of the field for a clear victory in the born 2007 event, leaving a four-strong chasing group in his wake to fight over the minor placings. Orry Lund headed the sprint for the runners-up spot, with Rio Kelly grabbing third ahead of Charlie Scarffe and leading girl Florence Griffin.

Jordan Carter kept Jemma Quayle at bay in the scrap for sixth and James Kinrade topped Ella Skillan in the rush for eighth. Ben Davies overtook Lucas Brockbanks in the closing stages to complete the top ten.

A quartet of riders broke free at the start of the born 2006 class and were never caught. At the finish it was Owen Collins who took the honours from Ivan Sorby and Zachary Dowson with Harry Callin just behind in fourth spot.

Nicola Quaye got away from travelling companion Tom Caine on the last lap to clinch fifth and Gabriel Coyle surged ahead of Jack Christian, Nathan Kinrade and Samuel Devereau to gain seventh.

Tyler Annis got the verdict in the bunch gallop that decided the outcome of the born 2005 three lapper. Frank Kinnish was second closely followed by Oliver Corkish, Mairi Harrison, Leo Hayes, James Scott and Callum Salisbury.

In the born 2004 & earlier grouping Tyler Hannay went from the gun and stayed clear to the finish. Nathan Slack and Dillon Dowson were second and third, with Shellan Leeming the first girl in sixth place.

Niall Colquitt outsprinted Ivan Sorby, Cian Jackson and Drystan Sewell to take the honours in the under 10 racing bikes. Cian Howard, Frank Kinnish and Tyler Annis trailed in separately to fill fifth to seventh places, with Mairi Harrison holding off Orry Lund and Charlie Scarffe in the fight for eighth. Relative newcomer Leo Hayes did well to finish 11th in a field of 29 riders.

A delighted Zac Walker won the under 12 racing bikes in a hotly contested bunch sprint finish. Tommy Skillicorn took second in front of Tyler Hannay and Matthew Cooil, who could not be separated in equal third place.

Jack Christian and Matthew Black completed the top six leader board, with the hard working Dillon Dowson spearheading the chasers home in seventh spot. Kiera Prentice picked up the girls’ prize in tenth position.

Following a flurry of spirited but ultimately unsuccessful attacks, a leading group of twelve riders came together to contest the finish of the under 16 racing bikes. Conor Davies won the final gallop from Will Draper, Thomas Bostock, Adam Kelly, Ben Christian and Tosh Teare. The top girl was Eleanor Davies in tenth place.

* Please note that the league is taking a break during TT fortnight. The next round will take place on Tuesday, 16th June
