Win for Tejvan Pettinger in the Mendips on Saturday (course UH20 West Close Hill)
Conditions were good – warm (16 degC), sunny and what wind there was out on the course was helpful, especially up the last and steepest bit. A good win for Tejvan Pettinger (Sri Chinmoy CT) over James Dobbin (Adeo Dacence RT) with Paul Jones (Bristol South CC) and veteran Neil Blessitt (Severn RC) not very far behind. Excellent rides, too, from the two older Mid-Devon CC juniors, Thomas Baylis and Kye Martin who had come up from Ivybridge in Devon and also a special mention for 13-year-old Tom Lear of Bristol Cycling Development Squad.
