A 1-2 for Dirtwheels riders Brit Tate and Racheal Bamford while Matt Cronshaw won again in a sprint from Simon Wilson and Matt Higgins

The rain had stopped when the ladies started but the track was still wet and bit greasy on the corners. The race ended up coming down to a group sprint with all the girls together and Brit Tate winning from Dirtwheels teammate Racheal Bamford with Cath Wiggins in 3rd. Unfortunately Charlotte Newton (H.Middleton), Hannah Sammut and Hannah MacDonald (both Liverpool Century) came down in the sprint. They all remounted to cross the line with various cuts and grazes and it is hoped they are all recovering well.
In the mens race, Matt Cronshaw and Matt Higgins of Node 4 Giordana, along with Simon Wilson of Metaltek Scott lapped the field. In the closing laps, the Node 4 pair tried to get away from Simon but it came down to a spring where Matt Cronshaw won by a wheel. Jake Womersley of Sportscover Altura took the sprint from a bunch that was depleted from the constant high pace.
