Team News: Two more riders for Starley Primal

Starley Primal increase rider rosta signing Michael Nicolson and Will Fox

The UKs only professional male and female team has strengthened its men’s squad with two new signings, Michael Nicolson and Will Fox. The team is now well placed to prepare for the Tour Series and to continue with their application to ride the inaugural womens Tour of Britain.

Michael Nicolson returns home from Belgium having raced with international teams and is now concentrating on Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games. Will Fox meanwhile is probably most at home sprinting out of sharp corners in a criterium and is one of the strong sprinters of the team who has also participated in Tour Series since it began.

The team will be part of a very unusual team launch at the London Bike Show on Feb 15 (1pm) hosted by Ant Mccrossan who will be interviewing Steven Fox, part of Fox cycling, an innovative kids cycling project based in Portishead. He’ll also be talking to Jack Pullar (2012 National Hill climb Champion), Annaleise Heard (double Junior World Triathlon champion) and of course Rod Freeman, the team manager.

There will be a few surprises along the way, so the team have invited journalists and industry leading lights to come along and see the show.
