My thanks to the following volunteers in helping me to run this event.

Firstly Tony Peachey for placing the signs around the course before everyone arrived. Peter Baker ensured you signed on to receive your number in the hall. Ian Silvester timed you away from the start ably assisted by the pushers off who were John Booty and Ernie Mackey. Malcolm Adams, Alan Rowe and Alan Brown ensured you turned at Charing Roundabout to make your way back to Claire Silvester and Tony Peachey who were your finish timekeepers. Eunice Booty and Ann Staff were in charge of the ‘cakes and spoons’ whilst John Hawkridge maintained the times on the board.

As for myself – well I filled in where ever necessary – but my sincere thanks go to everyone above, who made my 10th VTTA promotion much easier.
