“The King’s Lynn Cycling Club ran their annual 25 mile Les Spinks memorial Tiime Trial on Saturday 9th August. Weather conditions for the day were fairly kind although riders had to contend with very gusty winds. 64 riders from all over the country had entered the event and weren’t disappointed with the reception and course offered. Lots of very good comments received especially about the notorious and very famous cakes!

In 3rd place and rounding off the podium was Angus Jardine from Ipswich BC passing the timekeeper with a time of 57:52.
Fastest Women on the day was Catherine Essex from North Norfolk Wheelers with a time of 1 hour 5 min and 35 seconds”.
