The final race in the 2014 Cornish Series did not disappoint. The Celtic gods smiled on us again with a bright breezy evening and a strong turnout of riders to compete in the E1/2/3 and cat four races. Jack Rebours of Jersey made a strong and confident break with a lap to go and help off the peloton for a clear win. In the cat four Daniel Benford brought success to Tavistock Wheeler by also breaking clear. Clearly a popular win with all his supporters as they provided the loudest cheer of the evening. Emily Attfield made it four in a row in the women’s race and Joe Saunders of mid Devon wine the U 16 boys. Again in all the other youth categories One And All youth academy was dominate.
Organiser says … “Thanks again for all those who helped and all those who supported the event throughout the year”.
