The Dutch pair started the final day as overall third, but managed to move into the lead during the spectacular final night.

Jasper Buyst and Pim Ligthart (405 points) ended the race in second. The duo finished one lap down on winners Terpstra and Havik, who ended the race with a total of 340.

Leif Lampater and Nick Stöpler were the third duo to climb the stage. The Dutch-German pair lost one lap as well. During the week they collected significantly less points than De Buyst and Ligthart, though: 256.

The first Madison of the night was won by De Buyst and Ligthart. Terpstra and Havik did well by claiming the second place. They gained some valuable points, which helped the duo make a big step towards the three hundred points.

They broke that barrier later on during the night with an second place in the super sprint. The corresponding bonus lap brought Terpstra and Havik the lead.

The Dutch duo held on that position during the final 200-lap Madison despite some heavy resistance by their rivals. De Buyst and Ligthart did what they could, but it wasn’t enough to keep Terpstra and Havik from winning their home race.
