Velo29-Altura 2015 Sportives are now open for entries. Velo29 have brought us some of the North’s biggest and most exciting Sportives in recent years and 2015 looks to be their biggest yet.

There is a brand new event called “The Buttertubs”, on the 16th May starting from the Motor Racing Circuit of Croft near Darlington the event takes in of course, the world famous Buttertubs. It’s another Velo29 Classic with some wonderful scenery, a choice of 3 routes and some roads even the most regular local won’t have ridden!

All the existing events are back, the series opener the Daffodils kicks off the year on the 18th April, then the Buttertubs on May 16th, in July we have the Endeavour and the killer “Le Tour de Moor” route is back, 100 miles and 10,000ft of climbing! Also in July we have the Ripon Tour Sportive, ride the day 1 route of last year’s TDF. We close the season with the White Horse on September 26th.

Velo29-Altura are again offering an amazing deal with the series jersey. For riders entering any 3 of the 5 events in one transaction, you will receive an exclusive and unique Series Jersey. The jersey is worth £65, it’s a great quality top and a very limited print. The series entry is only £65 so it’s a real bargain and incentive to sign up for a number of events.
