Event is the last counting round of the 2014 League, time to get that last improvement on your overall position.

• Free car parking in the Church Field first left after the entrance Arch, there is no parking this week on the tarmac area by the Cafe. Burger Van will be in attendance from 8:30 serving hot and cold food and drinks. This field car park will bring you a lot closer to the pit area.
• Access to the circuit is through the gates on the right of the car park which will bring you straight to the pit area. Water will be available at the taps on the side of the toilet block please NOTE this is only to fill your containers do not wash your bikes/kit under these taps. A hosepipe will be supplied to wash your bikes/kit if you do not have access to a jetwasher.
• Pits will be just past the toilet block on the left.
• Signing on will be adjacent to the toilet block.
• Please note the start for the U8, U10 and U12 races is at the top of the hill, gridding for the U10 and U12 races will take place while the previous race is in progress.
• The start for all other races will be at the bottom of the hill.
• Prizes from the December 6th round will be available to collect at signing on, there are some product prizes so please do your best to collect these. Any prizes unclaimed will be paid by bank transfer as is usual.
• As it is Christmas there will be something to collect for all riders when they return their clean numbers after their race. There will also be spot prizes in the two Senior/Lady/Vet/Junior races these will be handed out just after the finish listen to the commissaires briefing to find out how you can win one of these.

Cyclocross stalwarts Raleigh will be in attendance with their latest cyclocross bikes for you to test ride over the course. Plus the award-winning full suspension electric mountain bikes from high end e-bike specialists Haibike will also be available for free test ride.

TORQ will be present on the day with various energy and recovery products for you to sample. They will also have a Winter Bundle offer available at the event – a Camelbak Podium Bottle, Beanie and Buff for £20 – maybe time to start the Christmas shopping?

Herbalife will also be present with a range of their products.

Urbanbiking will be present with their store of cyclo-cross accessories.

Time for your last minute shopping for all things bike related.

The BWA WMCCL will need your numbers back for next season….where did this one go! So at the final event of the year please return your number, in a clean state please, to Sign On.
