News – New rider for Corley’s

Corley Cycles – Drops RT are thrilled to announce that Amy Gornall will join the team for the remainder of the season. Amy began the season with the Aprire Bicycles/HSS Hire team and has given some promising performances so far with top 20 results at Tour of the Reservoir 2 day, Banbury Star Road Race and Matrix Fitness Grand Prix in Peterborough.

Amy, who was third in the National Junior Road Race Championship in 2014 said: “I am looking forward to racing as part of Corley Cycles – Drops RT for the remainder or the 2015 season. There is a great group of girls on the team and a fantastic race program set out, with good support and I am excited to see what the rest of the year brings.”

Bob Varney, Team Manager at Corley Cycles – Drops RT added: “We are looking forward to working with Amy to develop her talents in a race programme that will include domestic races, races in Belgium and hopefully the Rás na mBan.

“We’re all really pleased to have Amy on board for July, August and September.”

Ryedale GP will bring to an end the British Cycling Women’s Road Series and will be the first race we see Amy in the red of Corley Cycles – Drops RT.
