Sam Boast of Wheelbase Altura winner at the Steven Burke Hub Circuit Series – Round 13 on July 9th

Striking out alone with 8 laps to go it looked like Sam Boast Wheelbase Altura had it in the bag until the gap was closed by two up chasers Si Wilson (Team Polypipe) and Pete Barusevicu (All Trarain Cycles) with only 2 laps remaining. The Wheelbase rider had enough left to outsprint his new companions and his second win in the series.

Healthy numbers again in the youth race won by Elliot Red Cog Set followed by a collapse in numbers for the cat 4 race with only 5 starters.
