The Army’s Ryan Perry, who rides for Langdale Lighweights in time trials and was 3rd to Alex Dowsett in the British Time Trial Championships for Sportgrub/Kuota, was faster by 20 seconds on a technical course at Marlow.

Matt Bottrill, 2nd and disappointed not to win, is relieved though to be leaving the pressure and expectations behind in his last 25 champs.

Teacher Kieron Davies from South Wales used the 10 hours a week he has to train to good effect to grab the bronze medal from a host of other up and coming riders and help his team Drag2Zero to the team award.
