Icknield Summer Road Races
The Icknield Road Club is long established and pleased to have celebrated its 80th anniversary in 2013. The Club was formed in 1933
as a racing offshoot of the Bedfordshire District Association of the Cyclist Touring Club (CTC). It relinquished its formal ties with the CTC in 1959 to widen its objects to provide cycle racing, touring and social facilities for its members.

1. 9am Start open to 3rd & 4th Cat Senior & Junior Men and Senior & Junior Women of all categories. Over a distance of 44 miles (4 laps) in the Central Road Race League
2. 1pm Start for Elite, 1st, 2nd & 3rd Cat Senior Men, final year 1st, 2nd & 3rd Cat Junior Men and Elite, 1st & 2nd Cat Senior Women. Over 77 miles (7 laps) – National B – Entry: Online: £20.00, On Day: £25.00
