BOYS
Tough racing conditions tonight, especially for the U14/16 riders with a time trial of 3 laps of the full circuit followed by 10 full laps in the scratch race. U16 league leader James Armstrong took the overall win after leaving Alex Haines and Tom Dussek – the 2 riders who had finished in front of him in the TT – on the last lap.

Aran Martin took a well deserved victory in the U14 race after finishing 2nd in both stages. In the U12 race, Adam Lea took maximum points winning the race and the bonus sprint and in the scratch race Rory Knowles and Ed Hopkins proved inseparable and were awarded joint 2nd place.

U10 League leader managed to reverse last weeks defeat claiming both he bonus sprint and the race win and George Cooper maintained his 100% record in the U8 league. 71 riders on the track tonight in weather conditions that proved a bit better than the forecast but miserable nonetheless. Roll on Summer!

GIRLS
Standout rides in the girls racing tonight were from Amelia Southall, only beaten by the winning U12 boy and Eleanor Shaw, taking her first win of the Mallory season. Amelie Wayte won both stages to take the overall in the U14 girls event, a feat replicated by Xan Crees in the U16 girls.

In the Jewson team league, the top 5 teams are now fairly well established, The MI Racing Academy leading the way with a buffer of over 50 points between them and 2nd placed Welland Valley CC
