Oulton Park motor racing circuit in Cheshire is the venue for this years TLI Cycling National Closed Circuit Championships.

To be held on Sunday, 14th May, the championships will give every age category from Under 8 to Over 75 the opportunity to compete for the right to wear the red, white and blue banded national championship jersey in TLI Cycling races for the next twelve months.

Under TLI Cycling regulations, female riders over 18 years of age are encouraged by upward adjustment of their age category so that they race in the same group as older males, 10 to 15 years their senior.

Depending upon the number of entrants in each age category, races will either be single category, or a combination of categories. However no matter the format, providing there are at least 3 entrants in each category, the winner will receive a national championship jersey and gold medal, with the 2nd and 3rd riders claiming silver and bronze medals.
