In the born 2012 & later age group Poppy Clayton surged away from the field to bag maximum points for the tenth time in the series. Seamus Hall was a solid second and Kieran Binns edged out Gracie Evans for third. Charlie Quine pipped Oliver Kennington for fifth and David Leece came in on his own to grab seventh. Henry Kinrade outran Max Wardle for eighth and Isabella Quaye overtook Holly Davies in the closing stages to fill the final place on the top ten leader board.

Jackson Roberts went from the gun in the novices race and soloed to his third win in as many weeks. Lukas Wooton and Elijah Clague trailed in separately for second and third, with leading girl Clodagh Briercliffe holding off William Chadwick in the tussle for fourth. Lewis Stephens led Harper Quayle home for sixth and Liam Lonergan held off Holly Beattie and Bradley Malone in the dash for eighth.

Preserving his unbeaten record, Finbar McSevney attacked travelling companions Bernat Munoz-Fite and Abigail Cowell on the final lap of the born 2011 class and powered away to victory. Munoz-Fite beat Cowell to the runners-up spot and Jacob Wilson got the better of Erin Morgan in the race for fourth. Bobby Kerruish came from behind to snatch sixth from Charlie Dormer and Joshua Moffitt overcame Samuel Kinnish in the fight for eighth. Macaulay Teare completed the top ten.

Notching up his first win of the series, a determined Kylan Murphy led from start to finish in the born 2010 category. Brad Le Geyt was a safe second and Harrison Skillan was too quick for Daniel Minay, Ffinlo Thomas, Conor Madsen-Mygdal and Max Messenger in the rush for third. Archie Mulholland spearhead Hugh Osborn and Thomas Hutchinson across the line for eighth, while Rebecca Radcliffe claimed the girls’ prize in 15th spot.

In the born 2009 event May-Saa Smith came off fellow frontrunner Cameron Hounsell’s wheel to record her sixth success of the season. Zach Jones kept Henry Dormer at bay for third and Harry Beattie overcame Max Davies and Florrie Thomas in the battle for fifth. Finn Collister headed Alex Harrison, Graihagh Morgan and Harry Jones in the gallop for eighth.

Charlie Williams eased ahead of T.J.Teare on the final lap to claim his maiden victory in the born 2008 race. Teare was second and top girl Fearne Bregazzi third, with Leon Murphy hanging onto fourth ahead of the fast finishing trio of Alec Sorby, Bob Radcliffe and Edward Field.

Improving week by week, Oscar Gaylor outsprinted Orry Lund and James Kinrade to gain his inaugural win in the born 2007 three lapper. Orry Lund and James Kinrade were a close second and third, while best girl Florence Griffin dropped Ben Davies on the penultimate lap to grab fourth. Abigail McCulloch, Max Dewhirst and Jessica Falconer rounded off the result sheet.

In the born 2006 & earlier grouping Kiera Prentice, James Scott and Nicola Quaye filled the top three steps on the podium. Callum Salisbury, Mairi Harrison and Ella Griffin wrapped up the top six.

Seven riders circulated together at the head of the combined under-8 and under-10 racing bikes. In the final sprint it was Orry Lund who just got the verdict ahead of Oscar Gaylor, Myles Le Geyt, Charlie Williams, Alec Sorby, Charlie Scarffe and James Kinrade. The first girl was Fearne Bregazzi in ninth spot, while 11th placed Kylan Murphy beat Brad Le Geyt and Zach Jones in the scrap for the U/8 honours.

Tyler Annis produced his best performance of the year in the U/12 racing bikes, attacking from the front and staying clear to the finish for a memorable win. James Scott and Drystan Sewell gave chase but were unable to make any inroads into Annis’ lead and had to settle for second and third places respectively. Callum Salisbury slipped away from the following group to secure fourth and Nicola Quaye headed Mairi Harrison over the line to pick up the girls’ award in fifth place. Brodie Hatcher did well on his first outing of the season to finish seventh.

The U/14 & U/16 racing bikes was fast and furious from beginning to end. A twelve-strong group formed at the head of affairs. At one third distance Will Corkill, Adam Scarffe and Aaron Lund went off on their own and quickly gained half a lap on the rest of the field. With five laps to go Lund lost contact leaving Scarffe and Corkill to go it alone. At the finish Scarffe ousted Corkill for the win with Lund just behind in third place. James Harrison, who made several spirited but ultimately unsuccessful attempts to get across to the leading trio, outpaced Zac Walker in the bunch sprint for fourth. Shellan Leeming was the top girl in 14th position.
