Full time rider (after school)

Winning my first National time trial championship

3. Most difficult moment of 2017?
Going up Oliver’s Mount in Scarborough (an extremely steep hill) in completely the wrong gear

4. Most enjoyable race of 2017
The North West Youth Tour- my first stage race

5. Toughest race of 2017
Scarborough Youth National

6. Typical week training mid season Mon – Fri
One rest day and then a couple of road rides and/or roller sessions

Fresh air

9. Winter is here – what type of ride do you do for your base rides?
A club ride, riding with others not only means good training but also good company

10. What bike will you race on in 2018 and why this bike?
Colnago CRS- it’s a great bike for cornering and is aggrieved when you need it to be

11. What will the goals be for 2018?
Win some more National TT titles and also get some great results (top 5/10) in National Junior Girls road races

12. Finally, if you could pick one event to win in 2017 which one would it be?
Junior National Championships

14. TT – favourite distance
10 miles

15. What training drill has helped you most go faster in time trials
Long training blocks along Southwick Road, it’s a little bit up hill so it works my legs hard

16. Fastest course you rode in 2017?
Wales’ R25/3H for a 25 and P881

17. Dragstrip or sporting circuit course?
Sporting course as its more demanding
