News: GB Team for Zolder World CX Cup

The GB Cycling team has named the riders selected to compete in the next round of the Telenet UCI Cyclo-cross World Cup in Zolder, Belgium on 26th December 2017.

British riders are enjoying a successful cyclo-cross season so far, with Evie Richards (elite women), Nikki Brammeier (elite women), Tom Pidcock (under-23 men) and Ben Tulett (junior men) all finishing on the podium in their respective categories in last weekend’s World Cup, bringing the British world cup podium finish tally up to eight so far.

Reigning junior cyclo-cross world champion Tom Pidcock will be back in action in Zolder on Boxing Day and in the hunt for his fourth world cup win at under-23 level, having taken victories in Namur, Bogense and Koksijde. Junior rider Ben Tulett, who finished third in Namur, will also be looking to continue his run of form having produced some strong performances on the Belgian cyclo-cross race scene this season, winning both the Vlaamse Druivincrosse and the Koppenbergcross events.
