When: September 16th – 2018

TLI Cycling announce that their National Time Trial Championships event will be held on a sporting 30 mile course starting with the ascent of the Horseshoe Pass near Llangollen in North Wales and finishing after a loop taking in the outskirts of Ruthin and Corwen with the climb up the “easy” side of the same Pass finishing outside the famous Ponderosa Cafe which will also be the race HQ.

The race will also form the last stage of the Lapierre Race series with points for the fastest initial climb and the overall time.

Entries will be accepted only via the website service with places received for all riders in the top six of their age group category in the Lapierre series.

Note: So that no one is disadvantaged – a Time Trial bike, Tri-bars or pointy aero helmets will not be allowed so no rider will have to spend extra funds just to complete the series. On a course like this, the best rider will win anyway! Deep section rims will be acceptable as will disc brakes.

Time to get fit!
