British cycle brand, Ribble Cycles have launched a striking Limited Giro Edition of their award winning R872.

Everyone loves the excitement of the Giro d’Italia, watching Froome and Dumoulin battle it out for the pink jersey. So, to celebrate the 101st Giro d’Italia they’ve decided to infuse the beloved R872 with a little Maglia Rosa spirit.

Traditionally available in matte black or silver, this limited edition R872 will make you stand out from the crowd. Hand painted in a dark metallic grey that subtly fades into a jet black with a glistening finish. A light grey gloss Ribble logo complements the signature pink logo marks and emblazoned Ribble Valley patterned forks.

Sy, designer of the stunning Giro special said, “We’ve been having a lot of fun recently with custom paint bikes so it only seemed right to ‘Think Pink’ ahead of the start of the Giro. Italian design is known for its flare and finesse. This is hopefully what our creation for the Giro encapsulates, a simple yet beautiful limited-edition frame design.”

This Limited Edition is available in full Ultegra R8000 and full Ultegra R8000 Di2 from only £2299.
