Every race is entry on the night only and riders can register on their first night of attendance but to avoid lengthy delays at the “signing on” it will help greatly if, as many as possible riders could register on the following BC “on line” link: https://www.britishcycling.org.uk/club/profile/1995/litherland-circuit-league

BC charge a total of £1.01p for this service. However, if, riders prefer not to use this service but as it is important that as many riders as possible are registered prior to their first visit to Litherland Sports Park. there is postal registration form shown on the MCDG website which should be completed and should be sent to the LCL treasurer approximately seven days before their first night of attendance to allow for postal delays. The LCL Treasurer’s address shown on the bottom of the form.

Youth A riders who hold a current BC 2019 dispensation will be allowed to “ride up” i.e. the girls in the ladies race and the boys can race in the final event of the evening providing they have obtained the Chief Commissaire’s approval after showing him their BC dispensations prior to signing on and before being allocated competitors numbers for these events. These riders will be classified as part of the Junior Ladies and the 3rds/4ths Junior Male categories tables for the Litherland Circuit League 2019 points competition.

To take some of the pressure off the local clubs who provide the stewards for the twenty weeks series of racing the League Committee are looking for parents and friends of riders who would be able to assist with some of the stewarding duties on these nights. If, you know of anyone who would like to help on particular nights of the series would you please ask them to contact the League Secretary so that they can give their details and the dates of the evenings they would be available to help. As a small thank you, the League Committee do provide the stewards with free tea/coffee on the nights of their assistance with the running of the events.

A reminder as the light conditions are especially very limited on the first four nights of the series and even though riders can register on their first night of their attendance it would be very much appreciated by the LCL Committee and the other riders attending if, competitors would register as soon as possible either via the “BC on line” link shown above or by post to reduce the delays at the signing on desk on their nights of attendance.
