April Tacey, Brother UK/Fusion RT, won her first Team Series race after out sprinting her two breakaway companions after 7 laps of the always testing Griffydam course superbly organised by Nick Horner-Maddox and the Coalville Wheelers. Speaking after the prize presentation April said “I was second here last year so I know the course well enough, the race had split up in the later laps so I am very pleased to have won.”
