Trek-Segafredo announces the key races for its top riders Mads Pedersen, Vincenzo Nibali, Bauke Mollema and Richie Porte
Team News: Trek-Segafredo
World Champion Mads Pedersen
World Champion Mads Pedersen will start his 2020 season at the first WorldTour race of the year, the Tour Down Under, which will be his third appearance at the Australian race. Pedersen will use the early season racing as preparation for the cobbled classics in the rainbow jersey. Pedersen, who will celebrate his 24th birthday next week, is due to make his Tour de France debut next June.
Grand Tour Leaders
Our three GC riders, Bauke Mollema, Vincenzo Nibali, and Richie Porte will share leadership across the three Grand Tours. Multiple Grand Tour winner Vincenzo Nibali has his sights set on the Giro d’Italia, a race that he has won twice before. Supporting him will be two-time Giro stage winner and 2019 King of the Mountains Giulio Ciccone.
