BikeExchange Women for Brugge-De Panne

Britain’s Jess Roberts part of Team BikeExchange who continue their Belgian Classics campaign as they line-up for the one-day Oxyclean Classic Brugge-De Panne on Thursday

Grace Brown will be back in action, fresh off the back of her second-place finish at Nokere Koerse, with Australian champion Sarah Roy also looking to build on her top-10 ride at GP Oetingen and her fourth place finish in last year’s Brugge-De Panne. The previous three editions of the race have all come down to a bunch sprint, but with wind always a factor in Belgium, there could be a different outcome in this year’s 158.8km race.

Team BikeExchange:
Jess Allen (AUS)
Grace Brown (AUS)
Teniel Campbell (TTO)
Arianna Fidanza (AUS)
Jess Roberts (GBR)
Sarah Roy (AUS)

Sarah Roy: “My Classics form has been building well over the last few races, and I’ve been working hard in training at home, so I’m looking forward to the next few weeks in Belgium. I enjoy racing De Panne and hopefully I can improve on my race of last year when I finished fourth in the sprint. The form is good, and I am heading there extremely motivated.”

Thursday, 25th Mar: Brugge – De Panne, 158.8km
