Sigma Sports Race Team, a regular in local South East England racing, has announced the commencement of its 13th year with a dynamic line-up of riders.

The team proudly welcomes its first female rider, Kasia Madej. With a passion for local road racing and crits, Kasia is set to expand her horizons by participating in international gravel and road riding events. Her addition to the team represents a significant step forward in promoting diversity and inclusivity within the sport.

The riders are gearing up for a diverse racing calendar. From National B road races and midweek crits to local and international gravel races, time trials, track events and international stage races. The team is ready for a thrilling season.

Their season begins early with the Portsdown Classic next weekend (February 11) with March full of National B races such as the Jock Wadley, Wally Gimber, March Hare and the RCR Goodwood RR. The gravel calendar includes the Traka in Girona, The Gralloch in Scotland and Badlands Gravel back in Spain in Sept. In-between these events will be more National B’s, local crits in London and Goodwood, Time trials and track at Stratford and HHV.

With Trainsharp overseeing coaching the team continues to prioritize the well-being and performance optimization of its riders.
