30 lap Handicap race at Salt Ayre. — The field was split into 4 groups over almost a full lap of the circuit. It was also a Tempo Race with a point for the winner of every lap from lap 3 onward. The race was split all over the track and provided some fast and competitive racing despite the small field. Race winner and points winner was Adam Russell.

Salt Ayre Tuesday Series will run for 20 weeks with a variety of types of event to cater for all categories. The circuit is much improved on last season and much safer now it has been cleaned by Lancaster City Council.
