Lucy Driver and James Phillips winners at round 3 of the PDQ Summer Series in Bath on June 25. Series finale is on 9th July
Crit Report/Result: PDQ Summer Series 3
This year PDQ Cycle Coaching is running a 4 race summer series at Odd Down Cycle Circuit. The races on offer have been Masters Men and 2/3/4 Women.
The series finale is on 9th July and going into the final round there is some really tight competition.
Women’s Series
In the Women’s series we are running an overall series competition as well as a sprint competition. Rd 3 on 25th June saw Jen Lemen of PDQ Cycle Coaching Property Elite going head to head with Louise Hart of FTP Racing in the Sprints Competition. Jen took 2pts in the first prime and won the 2nd prime to take 5pts, while Louise took a 3rd and a 2nd place taking 5pts on the night. This leaves them tied on 18 points going into the last round on the 9th July!
In the overall for the series Mim Whitehurst of Reflex Racing has a 6 point lead in the Stimulus Sport Red leaders jersey. And again Jen Lemen and Louise Hart are tied in 2nd place! There’s not much separating these 2 riders in this series!
