COURSE 123km / 76 miles
The first 3 circuits (Birch) are the same as the Jock Wadley, followed by 2 laps of the combined Abberton/Birch circuit, the next circuit is the Abberon course plus ½ of the Birch circuit clockwise and a further 2 laps of the Jock Wadley/Birch clockwise in total the riders have to climb about 1000m, the sharp rise of Layer Breton Hill 500m from the finish on the ultimate 3 clockwise laps could be the decider.
