New Team for Cyclocross Champion Xan Crees — National CX Champion Xan Crees Unveils New Pro Cyclo-Cross Project for 2025 — The British rider outlines her ambitions, team structure, and race calendar ahead of the 25/26 cross season.

British National Cyclo-Cross Champion Xan Crees has announced the formation of a new British professional CX team for the 2025 season. The one-rider team OGT p/b USE was announced at VIA Atelier, London on the 4th September.

Crees’ journey to the top of British cyclo-cross has been anything but straightforward. Despite never being part of a professional team, she has continued to compete at the highest level, driven purely by her determination and love of the sport. Her progress in recent seasons has been hampered by injuries, including an accident with a car driver leaving her with anxiety riding her bike. But in January she overcame those setbacks to win the National Championships — a victory that inspired her to take her career into her own hands.

Crees has been working part time at HUNT Bike Wheels to fund her racing career up until now. After winning the British National Cyclo-cross Championships in January she decided to pursue her dream of racing professionally by establishing her own team and securing her own sponsors. Alongside the unveiling of her National Champs kit, Crees confirmed a roster of sponsors including One Good Thing (OGT), USE, Worx, and Hunt Bike Wheels, with additional technical support from Lake Cycling, Schwalbe, Wahoo, Flowbio, Exposure Lights, and HJC Helmets.

Crees said “Up until now I have had to balance working a 9-5 alongside racing, which has been so rewarding but I have always been left wondering what I could achieve if I could focus on my racing. I’m incredibly thankful to OGT, USE, HUNT, Worx and all these brands for believing in me and supporting me as I take the next step in my cycling career.”

The team will begin its season at the Hope Supercross Series in Bradford, followed by the British National Trophy Series, before targeting European races including the X20 Trofee, Superprestige Series, and the UCI World Cup Series.
