E/F/G/H race report

On a hot summers evening 11 riders started, many riders tried to break-away but all attemps failed so it finished in a bunch sprint.

A/B/C/D Race Report
Not a bad turn out with 19 starters. The race stayed together for half of the race before Dave Farrow (Eagle RC) attacked and soon had a gap on the bunch, Dave was soon more than half a lap up when Bob Downs (Team Condor) tried to bridge the gap to Dave but each time was brought back.

Then, on the third attempt, Bob broke the elastic and got away from the bunch and was soon joined by John McVey (Chapeau PBC) and Tony Meader (Eagle RC). With two laps to go, Mick Lee ( LVRC) joined the other three in pursuit of Dave Farrow (Eagle RC) but Farrow was too far ahead to be caught with Dave taking the win.

The race was marred when two riders crashed and one of them being taken to the Hospital with a suspected broken collar bone.
