NFTO Pro Cycling selected team for Tour of Britain led by Adam Blythe, winner of RideLondon Classic

Former WorldTour rider Adam Blythe to lead NFTO at the 2014 Tour of Britain. The Sheffield rider has been in winning form after finding his feet racing in the UK for the first time as a senior and will be looking to win stages or even go for Yellow.
He will be supported by a mainly Welsh riders in Dale Appleby, Sam Harrison, Jon Mould and Hugh Wilson. The final rider is one who rode so well in RideLondon, James Lowsley-Williams.
The big surprise was the ommission of Russell Downing. He admitted later that after training eight hour days he was gutted to have been left out of the line up especially after a 4th at the Commonweath Games and 10th at RideLondon. No doubt we’ll see him fired up for the Out of the Saddle Road Race on Sunday!
