Organiser Mick Waite has emailed to say that the Perfs Pedal season opener will be on February 12 and entries will open in December

News: Road Season Starts February 12
Next year’s 52nd Perfs Pedal Race will be held on Sunday 12th February 2017. The course will be the same as this year’s event, 5 laps of Portsdown Hill then leaving to join the Newtown Circuit finishing at Hundred Acre Wood.
Race distance will be 46m/74km
For 2017, Perfs riders will be able to enter using BC’s online entry and this will be available from early December. Maximum riders from one team will be six.
With road race organisation becoming more complex, Mick Metcalf will again be assisting with next year’s event, handling the on line entries and producing the race start sheet and rider’s instructions.
To help ensure the safe passage of the race we will again be using NEG and BC Accredited Marshals.
