2022 will be the third year running for the PDQ Race Series, hosted by PDQ Cycle Coaching with three races at Odd Down Cycle Circuit in Bath and three races at Castle Combe Motor Racing Circuit.

This will be the third year running for the PDQ Race Series, hosted by PDQ Cycle Coaching, and this year it promises to be even bigger and better. There will be 3 races at Odd Down Cycle Circuit in Bath and 3 races at Castle Combe Motor Racing Circuit. Racing on offer will include racing for the over 40s Men, over 30s Women and 3rd and 4th cat riders.

Each year we look to provide races for under-represented categories, in particular Masters, women and novice racers. There are 2 overall series, Masters Men and Master Women, with support races of 3rd and 4th category only.

In the series the riders will be racing for the coveted Stimulus Sports winners jerseys for the overall Masters Men Series and overall Masters Women Series and the Fantastic Finds Winners Trophies. Riders can also race for the overall Sprinters jersey with points for primes each race.

The dates of the series are as follows:

Week 1 – 25/05/22 AT ODD DOWN (4th cat, Masters C+ Men)
Week 2 – 08/06/22 AT ODD DOWN (4th cat, Masters C+ Men)
Week 3 – 22/06/22 AT ODD DOWN (4th cat, Masters C+ Men)
Week 4 – 7/7/22 AT CASTLE COMBE (3/4 cat, Masters C+ Men, Masters Women)
Week 5 – 21/7/22 AT CASTLE COMBE (3/4 cat, Masters C+ Men, Masters Women)
Week 6 – 4/8/22 AT CASTLE COMBE (3/4 cat, Masters C+ Men, Masters Women)

Racing on each evening starts at 6.45pm. All events are bookable via the BC website and entries will close at midnight before each race.

On the night prizes for the 3rd and 4th cat races from 73 Degrees Bike Shop in Keynsham.

Master Mens overall series prizes include a rocker board from Bespoke Rocker Plates for the overall winner, winners jersey and trophy. And prizes to 6th place from Styrkr and Tru-Tension.

Masters Womens overall series prizes include the overall winners jersey and trophy and 1st to 6th place are sponsored by Pronto Bikes in Frome.

Prizes for best in age category in each of the Masters Men and Masters Women overall series are supplied by CarbotechLtd.

The Sprints winner, having accumulated the most points over the series in both Masters Men and Masters Women, will win the overall Sprinters jersey and prizes sponsored by Aero-coach.
