City Hull Time Trial Abandoned after crash
After a series of ambulances and police cars came past, the road was closed and the event had to be stopped.
The City Hull Open 10 mile time trial was abandoned today (Friday) after an incident involving a caravan and a cyclist in the race which had a coming together on the A63. A veteran cyclist died in the accident.Â
The course was dry, visibility was good and the road straight. Condolences to family and friends after this tragic incident.
