1. When will you start your road season and what will be the first race?
David: Waiting for the TT handbook to come out but will probably be a K course in April.

2. What races will be your targets for 2016
David: National 10 trying to break into top 10

3. How will you spend the time on the bike between now and your first race in training?
David: All my training is quality Zone 3 and top end. Never do or have time for long junk miles. My coach is Matt Clinton.

4. What was your favourite Xmas present?
David: Best Xmas present was having my son come over from Canada.

5. When it rains, which its doing a lot right now, is it turbo time or wrap up and get wet?
David: When it rains I’m on the Wahoo or Watt bike max I do is 90 mins.

6. If you could do any race in the world including the best ones in the world etc, what would it be and why?
David: Favourite race would be tour of California as I’ve got lots of happy memories there.

7. What piece of food can you not do without where ever you are on the road during the season!
David: Whole earth peanut butter love the stuff.

8. What is your favourite music track when warming up for a race or on the turbo?
David: Calvin Harris is my favourite music always reminds me of parting in Vegas:)

9. If given the option, would you prefer normal brakes or disc brakes on your road bike?
David: Normal brakes on my bike please.

10. What’s the spec of your race bike for 2016 and your favourite bits on it?
David: The 2016 Time Trial bike is a Trek speed concept 9.9 ENVE 9.9 front wheel and lightweight Autobahn disc.
