Developed with the help of the cyclists in the Endura Racing Team and made in Europe, these are the top of the line bibshorts in the Endura Equipe range. Designed to help riders make the most of their best performance on race day or stay comfortable during tough, long rides, Endura is proud of their latest addition to their high-end road cycling apparel range called Equipe.
Called the ‘Ãœber Bibshorts’ (Ãœber means ‘above’ in German) they definitely perform far above the norm. Created to meet and exceed the needs of passionate amateur cyclists as well as professional riders, these high-end cycling bibshorts will see their rider through sportives and races in comfort and in style.
The Italian Power Lycra used provides superb muscle support with shaping and panelling that has been refined by repeated input from testing by riders of the Endura Racing Team. Constructed with the latest bike wear technology, this garment combines top-of-the-line fabric with best quality details; from pre-curved panels shaped for sitting on the bike and V-formed straps for perfect fit, to broad comfortable Equipe elastic leg grippers.
The black colour option incorporates coldblack® that substantially reduces heat absorption from sunlight and so prevents overheating. Both colour options, white- black and black, offer sun protection factor of 50+. The heart of this sophisticated looking piece of apparel is Endura’s latest in-house developed ‘pad’ which was exhaustively tested by the Endura Racing Pro Cycle Team.
The 1000 series pad employs 3-D computer controlled cutting technology to sculpt a continuously variable pad profile from a single piece of foam, thereby avoiding abrupt changes to profiles and stiffness which often result from traditional methods of layering different foams together.
The pad also features a low friction underside to provide a smooth slide surface against the Lycra body of the bibshorts, injection gel inserts around the sit bones and a massaging perforated upper TRS foam subsurface layer which improves airflow and blood circulation and reduces numbness on long rides. This stretch pad is finished with a fast-wicking, antibacterial microfiber fabric to improve long-lasting dryness and minimise friction and chafing.
