Round 10 of the Notts & Derby Cyclo-cross League promoted by Nottingham Clarion CC at Holme Pierrepont 19th November
At another dry and sunny event at the Holme Pierrepont watersport centre at Nottingham, Dan Booth (Cult Racing) won by almost 2 mins. Behind him a group of 4 riders from the top of the Notts and Derby League table rode a fiercely competative race. The order changed on every lap, but on the line Andrew Stuart (TFN TRi Club) held off Rob Parkin (Buzz Cycles) in a sprint, followed by Ben Eady (Empella) and Andrew Naylor (Ashfield RC) who suffered a puncture with 1 and 1/2 laps to go. With 4 races of 14 remaining the Notts and Derby League is now wide open.
