Winner of the fastest time, Felix English (Rapha Condor Sharp) had an early start at 8.30 in temperatures of around 3 to 4 degrees. Considering the time of year and the temperatures, there was a good field of 30+ riders taking part. Felix said afterwards “It was my first time racing my new Rapha Condor Sharp Time Trial bike and although it’s taken me time to adjust to the new position, I’m liking it a lot. The specific TT work we did on our second training camp in Benidorm has helped a lot in getting use to the new bike.”

Felix then added that his team has quite a few riders who enjoy time trialling and they have the potential to pick up a few national Under 23 titles this year in the discipline.
