WyndyMilla Women’s RT is entering their third year of racing & sees four riders continue from 2013.

Due to the twin commitments of work & young families, the other four from the original line-up have decided to take a break from racing, so two new riders join the squad:
Becca Carter
Vicki Strila

Once again the squad has generous backing from WyndyMilla and are grateful to Henry Furniss and his team for their continued enthusiasm and support.

The main target this year will be the Team Series plus other local SE road & circuit races. Rachel will also be placing more emphasis on another favourite discipline of hers, time trialling, and will compete in the new South East Women’s TT Series (SEWTTS). In addition, Catherine will be mixing it up with the men in the LVRC Toachim Vets/Mstina Series.

Most of the girls hold down responsible, full-time jobs and some also have to work at weekends. Despite this, the Team wants to show that they can still compete alongside the best riders in the country.

The team is extremely fortunate to have a loyal and supportive band of husbands & boyfriends who will provide mechanical race support, making this a truly family-centric team.
