August 25: Friday sees the start of a four day Junior Tour of Wales September 1st: Inter Regional Road Championships (Youth) September 3rd: RTTC 10 Championships (Men, Women, Juniors) September 3-10: Tour of Britain September 10: TLI Cycling British Road Race Championships for Under 50s September 17: Welsh Hill Climb Championship September 24: Three Peaks Cyclo-Cross Classic October 7-8: Round 1 of the National Trophy (Derby) October 10: Scottish Hill Climb Championship October 15: RTTC British Closed Circuit TT Championship October 28-29: Round 2 of the National Trophy (Abergavenny) October 29: RTTC British Hill Climb Championship (NE) November 11/12: Round 3 of the National Trophy (Shrewsbury) November 26: Round 4 of the National Trophy (Kent Cyclopark) December 10: Round 5 of the National Trophy (Bradford) January 7: Round 6 of the National Trophy (Ipswich) January 13-14: British Championships (Hetton Lyons Country Park) January 27-29: British Track Championships, Manchester
* There are also many late season road ‘classics’, long running national B events with the Ottershaw Series final on November 5th. Plenty of racing left then on the road! The ‘cross season meanwhile gets underway with the Leagues on September 3rd.
