Rapha Lincoln Grand Prix & Supporting Events Postponed

It is with great sadness that the organisers have had to announce the postponement of the Rapha Lincoln Grand Prix 2020, following the announcement from British Cycling that all events are suspended until June 30th.

The organisers write … “During the last two weeks as a pre-emptive measure, we have been working on plans to look for an alternative date to enable us to try to maintain the unbroken run of events from 1956 so we have managed to move the event to the weekend of 15-16th August.

The planned new schedule will be as follows:
Bike Night – 15th August
Lincoln GP Sportive – 15th August
Newells Michaelgate Hill Dash – 15th August
Rapha Lincoln Grand Prix presented by MinebeaMitsumi – 16th August

We would like to thank our title sponsors Rapha and presenting sponsors MinebeaMitsumi and the Michaelgate Hill Dash sponsors Newells who have been very supportive and are fully behind the event and the new date. The above date will obviously be subject to the suspension of events being lifted and that Police support and Medical cover will be available. Therefore in line with Government advice please stay at home and let’s try and help things pass as quickly as possible and hope we can go ahead with this new August date.
