Perfect conditions at the Bomber yesterday for the second full Sunday of the season where Will Smith (Verulam reallymoving) overcame his junior gearing and dominated the mens cat 3/4 race by taking 3 wins whilst the cat 1/2 men race wins were shared between Martin Smith (Team LDN – Brother UK), Nicholas Tyrie (Primera-TeamJobs) with James O’Connell (Team LDN – Brother UK) taking the final scratch race and overall on the day. The womens race wins were shared between Jenni Lake & Gemma Bitaraf (both LSD) and Nicola Lynch (Newmarket CC) with the overall one/two on the day going to Jenni and Gemma.

The King of the Bomber is still to play for between Louis Francis, Luke Houghton and late comer Will Smith with the Queen looking like it will be heading to our friends at Lovelo Squadra Donne. The 3/4 Men is full and goes on Tuesday with the 3/4 Women on Weds….and then we lose daylight too early so that’s it until 2021
