Glendene CC “Summer Classic” Circuit Race at Redbridge Cycling Centre (Hog Hill)
The 100km event was, interestingly, the longest Senior (Nat B) race ever held at Hog Hill and produced a fine Victor in young Luke Hattersley, who attacked the break with over an hour to go and stayed away to win by 56 seconds from Richardsons teammate Jez McCann in 2h 36m 27s. Special awards were made to 10th placed Louis Bilyard (Lee Valley Youth CC), a Youth A rider with dispensation, and the first Junior  home Patrick Manning (Strada Sport RT) who finished 14th.
