Stage 1: Brynmawr – Tumble. 8.37km / 5.2 miles Individual Time Trial

Saturday 25th August
Stage 2: Abergavenny – Rhigos / Pen y Cymoedd. 118.7 km / 73.7 mile Road Race

Sunday 26th August
Stage 3: Parc Bryn Bach, 11 x 2.975km = 32.73km / 20.33 mile Circuit Race
Stage 4: Abergavenny – Hardwick. 92.4km / 57.4 mile flat Road Race

Monday 27th August
Stage 5: Brynmawr – Tumble Mountain – 94.04km / 58.5 mile Road Race
