Two races at Salt Ayre Circuit on a gorgeous summer evening. A gentle paced Open Cat 4 race, won by Jon Pye of Lakes Road Club in a close finish with Sam Carr.

The 2nd race was Cat 2/3/4. A race of many surges, breaks and reeling back in until Matt Jones rode off the front with 4 laps to go. The bunch seemed to sit up for a lap, allowing Matt to gain 1/4 lap in no time. A valiant effort by Hugh Bird to bridge across was ultimately fruitless as he was reeled in with half a lap to go.
